Easy Referral Process
- 1Complete the appropriate referral form on the Submit Referral page
- 2Attach all required insurance information, clinical notes, and labs
- 3Our intake team will work directly with insurance providers to receive pre-authorization of treatment
- 4A local Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) will contact the patient and talk them through the pre-authorization process (about 7 days to complete)
- 5After pre-authorization approval, PACs will schedule an appointment with the patient and educate them on preparing for their infusion
- 6Our team will also help patients with available financial assistance programs
- 7Patient receives infusion in a comfortable, private, spa-like suite
- 8A nurse will follow up and check on the patient within 24 hours of their infusion
- 9PACs will send the infusion notes to the provider
